A driver fled their vehicle after a crash in Ribbleton during Wednesday afternoon.

A BMW driver lost control and crashed into the front garden of a property in Ribbleton Hall Drive.

The crash, which took place around 4pm on Wednesday August 14 was close to Sir Tom Finney School.

An eyewitness told Blog Preston: “The car was towed away and the police were called.

“The driver, a young lad, ran off from the scene.”
