Owners of Preston’s largest retail park have submitted proposals to modify the interior of the former Toys R Us store.
The toy chain went into administration in April last year and has stood empty since then.
Deepdale Co-Ownership Trust has tabled plans for the mezzanine floor within the former store.
The mezzanine floor would be 1,318 square feet and would replace the current u-shaped mezzanine floor.
Indigo Planning have submitted the proposals on behalf of the Deepdale Shopping Park owners.
No indication has been given on who may be interested in taking on the large unit.
Neither Indigo Planning or Deepdale Co-Ownership Trust responded when approached for comment by Blog Preston.
