A woman has told of how her bike was stolen while she was in hospital for treatment.

Nicola had only had the bicycle for a month when it was pinched from outside the supported accommodation where she lives.

A friend of Nicola’s contacted Blog Preston about the theft.

Nicola was admitted to Royal Preston Hospital last week after suffering a severe mental health episode.

The Carrera Hellcat bike was reported stolen to Preston Police this week.

Anyone with information on where the bike is can contact Preston Police on 101 and quote reference 04/133345/19.
