Friends and family have paid tribute to a father-of-three found dead.

Paul Pearson, 28, died suddenly at home during Sunday (14 July).

His family are now trying to raise £5,000 to help ensure the 28-year-old has a ‘wonderful funeral’.

Funds will also go towards ensuring his three children, Poppy-May, Roman and Anastasia have the best future possible.

Paul’s father, John Paul Pearson, said: “Rest in peace son. You was my best and my life will be empty without you.

“I would also like to thank everyone for their support and kind words.

“Thank you it means everything to me.”

Paul worked as a doorman at various venues in the city.

Preston Police confirmed they were called to reports of a sudden death at an address in Greenwood Street, Avenham at 6.39am on Sunday.

A spokeswoman said the death was not being treated as suspicious and a file was being prepared for the coroner.

A post mortem confirmed Paul died from sleep apnea, a sleep disorder.

Paul’s former partner Charlotte Kirby paid tribute.

She told Blog Preston: “He always put his children first.

“He was loved by a lot of people.”

Donations can be made via the Justgiving page.
