After a wet start the sun shone down on the Lancashire Festival.

The event, organised by Joshua Holden and team, has transferred from Moor Park.

And they were rewarded with Miller Park being soaked in sunshine for the bulk of the afternoon.

Sambra drummers, a giant inflatable slide and acrobatics were just some of the events taking place throughout the Saturday (20 July) afternoon.

With a small entry fee on the day, or a cheaper advance ticket, the festival aims to be family-friendly.

A number of different food options were available on site with The Moorbrook setting up a pop-up bar and pizza oven in the park too.
