Spot yourself at Preston Handbags and Gladrags charity night

A glamorous charity fundraiser has raised over £1,000 for Age Concern Central Lancashire.

In total, attendees at the Handbags and Gladrags event donated around £2,500 worth of dresses and handbags.

Items that weren’t snapped up on the night are now being sold to raise further funds through Age Concern’s six retail shops.

The event was held at the city’s Baluga Bar and attended by current Mr UK, Jacob Ingham-Gore, and Holly Moore, a current Miss England finalist.

Age Concern Central Lancashire’s mission is to help people live and age well. The charity provides access to benefits, home help and dementia services among its offering.
