A Preston-based company will become the first ever to sell CBD oil on TV.

YourZooki CBD Oil will launch with live airings on QVC during Friday 12 July.

YourZooki was set up by Prestonian Marcus Mollinga in 2017 after he suffered a rugby injury. Based in Preston and Kirkham, the health brand offers CBD oil, Liposomal vitamins and fish oil. Its products are already sold in Harrods, Selfridges, Lloyds Pharmacy and QVC.

The company added CBD oil to its range in December, and has partnered with specialist hemp cannabis farmers in America to create the product.

Marcus said: “It’s a big moment for the brand and a huge milestone for the CBD industry as a whole with it being the first time CBD oil is sold on television.

“It’s taken 12 months to get to this stage. For us being a small company and being given this opportunity is crazy, especially as the CBD oil market is growing fast.”

The airings, which will be guest presented live by YourZooki co-founder, Jack Morrison, will take place at midnight, 9am, 1pm, 3pm and 6pm.
