A Preston charity can now help more people get out and about thanks to a surprise donation of three scooters.
Preston Community Transport’s Shopmobility service received the donation from Millercare after the charity mentioned how many enquiries it receives for transportable scooters.
Millercare and Preston Shopmobility have a long-standing relationship that includes the company servicing and maintaining the charity’s fleet of large mobility scooters, which are used daily in and around Preston city centre.
