A new eatery could be coming to Lane Ends.
The property previously occupied by Lloyds Bank has been taken on by developer David Lee.
Planning permission has been granted to change the use of the premises, and now an application for alterations to the building is underway.
The property, which is at 465-467 Blackpool Road, was put on the market to let during July. It has been vacant since the Lloyds Bank branch closed down in 2016.
Mr Lee said: “Planning has already been granted for A3 restaurant so ideally this is the tenant I would like. If however there is no serious interest in the ground floor then this will be split into two separate units.”

The application would also see the first floor of the property converted into two flats.
