Police have arrested four men on suspicion of drug dealing in the city.
A car was stopped in Deepdale around 8.30pm on Friday (31 May).
Police had reports weapons could potentially be in the car.
The vehicle and its four occupants were searched by police.
A quantity of Class A drugs, believed to be crack cocaine, with a street value of more than £1,000 was uncovered.
A large quantity of cash, phones and more were seized from the group of men.

All four males, aged 30, 22, 19 and 19, from Preston, were arrested.
A police spokesman said: “Drug dealing is very often violent, with direct links to gang feud knife attacks and the exploitation of young and vulnerable people.”
