Police appeal to trace man in connection with burglary and theft from a vehicle

A man wanted on recall to prison may be in the Preston area according to police.
Ronnie Kirkham is wanted in connection with offences including burglary and theft from a vehicle.
Blackburn with Darwen Police have released information about the 43-year-old.
Kirkham is 5’9″ and of medium build.
He has tattoos on his arms and hands.
Police say they think he’s in the Blackburn area but oes have links to Preston.
Anyone with information is asked to call police on 101.
