Police have confirmed a man was questioned in connection with drug dealing in relation to the death of a teenager.
17-year-old Harry Flood died in hospital after being taken ill at a property in Garstang Road during the early hours of Sunday morning.
Preston Police launched an investigation but said Harry’s ‘tragic death’ is not being treated as suspicious.
A warning was issued to teenagers about the dangers of taking drugs as Harry is understood to have taken MDMA and cannabis in the hours before his death.
A police spokesman confirmed to Blog Preston an 18-year-old man had been arrested on suspicion of drug supply in connection with the investigation into Harry’s death.
The man has now been released under investigation.
During Monday (24 June) friends and family of Harry’s gathered in Avenham Park to pay their respects.
