A new Chinese restaurant looks set to be open in the ground floor of Preston Guild Hall.
AdvertisementMr Lam has moved from its spot in Fishergate, next to Baluga bar, to take on the former Vittorias Italian restaurant.
Simon Rigby closed the restaurant just before Christmas and now Mr Lam has revealed they will be opening soon.
Signs have begun to go up and the unit is being refitted.
Mr Lam will do takeaway as well as an eat-in restaurant.
The Guild Hall as a venue was closed by Simon Rigby and placed into administration, but all the units fronting Lancaster Road are unaffected by the closure as the building remains open.
The former Mr Lam unit is being replaced in Fishergate by a new takeaway pizza place Wedge Pizza Company, which is being launched by the Baluga team.
