Pub declared the best real ale pub in Central Lancashire is marking its fifth birthday under new ownership.
The Moorbrook was declared the best pub in the city by CAMRA Central Lancashire branch.
Owner Richard Fisher-Godwin is hosting a four-day long festival to celebrate the fifth year since he took on the pub which has also built a strong reputation for pizza.
Mr Fisher Godwin said: “As always we are celebrating with a vast array of beers from some of the newest breweries from around the country.
“They feature an additional bar therefore increasing their beer offerimg up to over 30 beers on tap.
“There will be live music every evening Friday, Saturday and Sunday and will finish off the weekend on the bank holiday monday with a chilled day of reggae in the garden with Caribbean style bbq.
“Their usual pizzas will be being served all day every day with the addition of loaded hot dogs.”
