A bed of bluebells at a Preston church has been ruined by fly-tippers.
Church wardens found a toilet had been dumped in the grounds of St Mary Magdalene church in Ribbleton.
David Thorp from the church said: “This morning we found that two people must have been caught short yesterday evening and left their toilet in the church grounds.
“They have ruined a lovely bed of bluebells.
“We have the culprits on CCTV and we would be well flushed if they could return and take it away with them.”
Preston City Council is responsible for monitoring and collecting items which have been dumped illegally.
