Police say they’ve identified two men after attack outside Papa John in Penwortham

Two men have been identified in connection with an attack outside Papa John’s in Penwortham.

A man in his 20s had his leg broken after the assault in Liverpool Road.

It took place on Sunday 28 April around 12.10am.

Police released CCTV pictures of two men in connection with the attack.

During Thursday (9 May) police said they had now identified the men and they were helping police with their enquiries.
