A fly-past by the Lancaster Bomber set to be the star attraction

Visitors to the Preston Military Show will see a fly-past and parachute displays.

Fulwood Barracks throws open its doors to the city during a celebration of the British Armed Forces.

The show was cancelled last year but is returning for 2019.

An iconic Lancaster Bomber will do a fly-past and the Tigers parachute display team will perform manoeuvres.

Also planned for the event, on Saturday 8 June are flight simulators, the Inch Perfect Trails bike display team, a World War II weapon firing display and the Tug O War competition.

The Military show begins with a performance by the Band of the King’s Division outside the camp at 11.10am, gates open at 11.30am and it goes on until 5.45pm. It’s free to attend.
