More new homes for Fulwood look set to be approved.
Ladybank Avenue is to see 34 new homes built onto an existing housing estate.
Proposals from Anwyl Homes Lancashire say the properties will be ‘accomodated around a central spine road running from the junction of Ladybank Avenue and Williams Lane into the site.’
Of the properties 24 would be four-bedroom houses, four three-bedroom homes and six two-bedroom apartments.
The three-beds and two-beds would be classed as affordable.

Four letters of objection have been received from nearby homeowners stating traffic into the estate would increase and there would be a loss of green space.
Council officers outline the scheme is recommended for approval, with Preston City Council effectively unable to object to any new homes at present due to the city not being able to demonstrate a five year supply of housing land.
Councillors will hear the plans at the next planning committee on Thursday 6 June.
