Warning issued after thefts from cars across Fulwood

Motorists in Fulwood are being warned to be extra vigilant when securing their vehicles.

Preston Police have issued a warning after saying they’ve seen a number of thefts from cars.

Areas targeted include Longsands, Watling Street Road and also in the roads around ASDA in Pittman Way in Fulwood.

A police spokesman said: “Please remember to lock and secure your vehicles after use and remember not to store anything of value that could be of interest to potential offenders.”

Anyone with information on the offences or who sees anything suspicious is asked to call police on 101.
