A Walk of Witness took place through Preston city centre during Good Friday.

Marking the journey Jesus made through the streets of Jerusalem while carrying his cross it was recreated down Fishergate and into the Flag Market.

Taking place at lunchtime on Good Friday shoppers parted as hundreds of worshippers made their way through the streets.

A Witness service was then held on the Flag Market itself.
