The man accused of murdering Preston mum Rosie Darbyshire will not enter any plea until May.
Benjamin Topping, 25, was due to appear at Preston Crown Court tomorrow (Friday) to face the charge, but after hearing from barristers the Honorary Recorder of Preston, Judge Mark Brown, agreed to adjourn the hearing.
Rosie, 27, was found dead in the street in Pope Lane, Moor Nook on February 7.

Topping, of St George’s Road, Deepdale, was charged with her murder.
