A holiday village on the outskirts of Preston has expanded further.
Ribby Hall Village has bought the Farm House.
Situated on the western edge of the existing 100-acre site the Browns Lane property has been purchased.
Able to sleep 12 people the house is being extensively renovated by the holiday village firm.
Senior manager for acommodation Carole Pilling said: “Our larger properties are extremely popular, and we often have waiting lists of guests wanting to book them, so we are delighted to be able to add to our portfolio in this way.
“Our plans for The Farm House are very exciting and the whole team is looking forward to creating a beautiful property, which we expect to be much sought after.”
The first guests have been staying at the property during Easter, which includes a summer house, BBQ, Aga and cinema room.
Ribby Hall’s chief executive Paul Harrison said: We’ve been developing and improving The Village ever since my family first acquired the land some 25 years ago. This is the next step on the journey, but it certainly won’t be the last one.”
