A crunch Championship game is to see parking restrictions in place at Deepdale.
Preston North End have the play-offs in their sights and will be looking to derail Sheffield United when they visit.
Thousands of Sheffield United fan are expected for the fixture on Saturday 6 April.
Preston Police have road closures planned in a couple of roads around the ground.
From 1pm to 6pm there will be limited access to Lowthorpe Road between the junction with Blackpool Road and St Gregory’s Road.
Bill Shankly Crescent and Moor Park Avenue will be closed.
Sergeant Paul MacLernon said: “As a result of the large attendance and a higher than expected number of coaches that are anticipated we are putting closures in place.
“I hope that these arrangements do not affect access to your property unduly. However, I would ask that careful consideration is given to travel arrangements to and from your property within the affected tikmes.
“We understand the inconvenience that this causes to residents and are making enquiries to find a more suitable location for coaches to park.
“We will of course make every effort to open the road as quickly as possible once safe to do so.”
