Preston man wanted after woman’s fingers broken in attack

A Preston man is wanted in connection with a woman having her fingers broken in Nelson.

Update: Police said Hickson was found and arrested during Tuesday (2 April)

Michael Hickson is being sought by police after an incident in Claremonth Terrace on February 23

The 35-year-old is white, 5’9″, medium build, with short, dark brown hair and brown eyes.

Hickson has Chinese characters tattooed on the left side of his neck and his surname on his right arm.

He has links to Preston, Nelson and Longridge.

PC Ben Wignall, of Burnley Police, said: “We want to trace Hickson and are asking anybody who has seen him, or knows where he may be, to contact us as soon as possible.”
