Preston Police sent armed officers into the two addresses and uncovered a cache of weapons including an imitation firearm.
It was part of drugs raids by police in Ribbleton.
They uncovered a number of knives, hammers, golf clubs and a hatchet. All the items were concealed within the property.
One man has been arrested as a result of the raids on Tuesday (16 April) morning. He has been released pending further investigation.
A spokesman for police said: “The execution of these warrants comes as a result of the information we gather from members of the public in relation to addresses that are affecting their community the most. We could not have done this without your assistance.”
