Police hunt pair after attack during raid on Ingol house

A CCTV image of a man and woman have been released after an attack in Ingol.

Two men were attacked at a property in Bowlingfield off Tanterton Hall Road.

A 57-year-old man suffered a broken nose, broken eye socket and cuts and bruises.

While a 63-year-old man suffered an injury to his face.

Cash and bank cards were taken during the incident on 2 February around 4pm.

Detective Constable Azam Kham said: : “This was a nasty incident which left one of the victims with serious injuries.

“Both men were taken to Royal Preston Hospital for medical attention.

“We would urge anyone who saw anything or has any information relating to this incident to please get in touch and tell us what they know.”
