A family-friendly festival is moving back to Avenham and Miller Park this summer.

The Lancashire Festival includes live music, street food, circus performers, market stalls and more.

Festival organise Joshua Holden told Blog Preston: “The Lancashire Festival welcomes musicians, street food vendors, market stall holders, enterainers and performers to showcase some of the very best talent the local area has to offer.

“We are inviting the Lancashire Community to come along and have a fun filled day with some amazing music and some delicious food. There will also be circus performers in the circus arena and a host of activities and attractions to keep the children entertained.”

Now in its fourth year the festival runs from 12noon to 7pm on Saturday 20 July at the parks.

Tickets for the festival are £4 for adults and £3 for children via the Festival website. Children under three go free and pets are also allowed.

Festival organisers are also still looking for stall holders and performers, you can apply via the Festival website.
