An Alice in Wonderland-themed interactive theatre event is coming to Winckley Square.
The Mad Hatters Tea Party is being billed as a “magical Easter adventure” by organisers Events Live and The Storytellers.
Audience members are promised a journey through Wonderland with Alice, as she’s faced with magic potions, a speedy (and very confused) White Rabbit, and lots of adventure.
There will also be a sing-song with The Mad Hatter, the chance to gatecrash the Queen of Heart’s croquet game, and an Easter egg hunt.
Taking place on Saturday 20 April, there are four events throughout the day, each starting at 10am, 12pm, 2.30pm and 4.30pm.

The one-and-a-half hour event is designed to be fun for the whole family and all ages are welcome, however it is recommended for children aged two and above.
A similar event took place in 2016 when Events Live put on Tales of Oz in Winckley Square.
