Big Lunch to take over Winckley Square this summer

Preston’s green Georgian oasis will play host once again to the Big Lunch.

Families, couples, individuals are all invited to pack a hamper and join for a picnic in the heart of Preston City Centre in Winckley Square.

Hosted by the Friends of Winckley Square the event runs on Sunday 2 June.

From 12noon to 4pm there will be live music, hot food for sale and a pop-up bar.

Free family activities are also planned with a bouncy castle, slide and more.

It’s free to attend.
