Twinkling ivories are echoing round a shopping centre in Preston.
St George’s Shopping Centre has installed a grand piano for shoppers to play.
Catherine Rose Hamilton is one of those who has already treated passers-by to a song – with Hallelujah ringing out.
The piano has been moving locations around the centre in the last few weeks – and shoppers of all ages and abilities are encouraged to play a tune.
Centre manager Andrew Stringer said: “The centre’s team is delighted to introduce the piano, it’s a fantastic way for shoppers to express some creativity through the art of music while they shop and a brilliant way to welcome some fun to the centre.
“Allowing some local musicians and students to perform for us is also a great way to showcase the talent in Preston as well.”
