Royal Preston Hospital entrance to see overnight roadworks

Drivers heading to Royal Preston Hospital during Friday night are advised to avoid the main entrance.
Lancashire County Council is carrying out resurfacing work at the entrance between the Green Drive and Brooklands Avenue section of Sharoe Green Lane in Fulwood.
Entrance to the hospital will be from the Tower Lane side of the complex in Sharoe Green Lane.
Pothole repair work is due to begin from 8pm on Friday (22 March) until 6am on Saturday (23 March).
Stop-go boards will be in place during the work.

A second closure from Garstang Road to Green Drive is due to be in place from Wednesday 27 March to Friday 29 March but no timings are known yet for this.
