Resurfacing work to close Sharoe Green Lane at Royal Preston Hospital

Drivers heading near Royal Preston Hospital are being warned of delays as roadworks begin.
Sharoe Green Lane from its junction with Garstang Road to where it meets Green Drive is being closed in Fulwood.
Work is due to begin at 9am on Wednesday (27 March).
A diversion route is in place sending drivers round Sharoe Green Lane to St Vincent’s Road and into Garstang Road.
The resurfacing work is due to take until Friday (29 March) to complete. The road closure will be in place from 9am to 3pm each day.

It follows overnight closures on the same stretch for further resurfacing work.
Preston Bus 23 service is likely to be affected, no diversion routes have been announced at this stage.
