Public warned not to approach man wanted for Fishwick assault

A Manchester man is wanted by police after a woman was attacked and robbed in Fishwick.

Stuart Taylor’s picture has been released by Preston Police.

The 35-year-old from Trafford, Manchester, is wanted in connection with the incident at an address in Samuel Street.

A woman was assaulted on January 13 and a mobile phone was stolen.

Taylor is described as white, 5’7″, heavy build, with short, dark, cropped hair, brown eyes and a clean shaven face.

Police say he has links to the New Hall Lane area, Ribbleton, Callon, Fishwick and Preston City Centre.

Taylor should not be approached by the public.

PC Paul Moseley, of Preston Police, said: “We are asking for the public’s help locating Taylor and would ask anybody who has seen him or knows where he may be to get in touch as soon as possible.”
