The bridge remains open to pedestrians during the closure.

Closure dates are Wednesday 20 March, Thursday 21 March and Friday 22 March.

The ‘Preston dock bridge’ is one of the city’s inanimate objects on Twitter and has already tweeted to warn its followers – stating ‘I am putting my feet up for a rest next week so be warned’.
