A Fishwick man wanted in connection with the stabbing of a 14-year-old boy in Preston has been found.
Preston police launched an appeal to find Richard Watkins, 25, in connection with the incident in Samuel Street, Fishwick, on Sunday 10 March.
Around 11.30pm a boy was slashed on his arm, hand, leg and ankle.
Watkins was arrested this morning (19 March) on suspicion of GBH with intent. He has now been bailed until 19 April.
Police arrested three men, aged 21, 22 and 24 on suspicion of GBH in connection with the attack.
The 21 year old has been bailed until 8 April pending further enquiries and the 22 and 24 year old have been released under investigation pending further enquiries.
Police undertook three nights of ‘stop and search’ powers in Fishwick in response to the attack.
