Repair work is continuing at Ye Olde Hob Inn after fire ripped through the thatched pub last September.
When Lancashire Fire and Rescue Service arrived at the historic Bamber Bridge pub back on Wednesday 26 September, around a quarter of the thatched roof was on fire.
Six crews tackled the blaze and prevented the fire spreading.
While the building – which is Grade II listed and dates back to 1616 – remained structurally sound after the fire, water use had caused interior damage to the property.

At the time head chef at the pub Samantha Hambleton told Blog Preston: “It started as a very small fire. We have a log fire and it escalated up through the chimney.”
