A new pizza and shake stall is opening in the Market Hall in what was The Pizza Box.

Slice n Shake will be the first in a new franchise to launch in Preston, selling pizza by the slice, classic milkshakes and a variety of sides made from freshly prepared, locally sourced ingredients.

On Saturday March 30, Slice n Shake is hosting a grand opening, when from midday to 6pm, menu items will be on sale for £1 and there will be free giveaways and entertainment.

The owners said: “We had considered a couple of locations within Preston but had confirmation last week that we had been accepted into the new Market Hall.

“We are very excited to be launching in Preston, the city is vibrant and the new market looks to be a real hub for great food and local products.

“We want Preston to be the model for future stores; we are keen to get to know our customers, and give them what they want.

“The grand opening will take place at Preston Market on Saturday 30th March from 12pm.

“We will be selling products at the discounted price of £1 so people can try the Pizza and Shakes for themselves, we are confident that people will love our authentic Italian pizza.”
