Two brothers-in-law from Preston are hoping to knock out the competition with a new range of boxing products.

Boxing enthusiasts Anas Rehman and Muhammad Tayyab created the Bravose brand in 2018. Currently the range features gloves, focus mitts, head guards, skipping ropes and hand wraps.

Local partnerships have been set up with the likes of Larches and Savick Boxing Club, Chorley Amateur Boxing and Fitness Club, and Brian Rose Boxing and Fitness in Blackpool.

The Bravose team are also collaborating with Xavier Miller from London Neasden Boxing Club in London, who has worked with elite boxers including Derek Chisora.

Anas said: “Bravose has been born out of a long-lasting passion for boxing and combat sport.

“We’ve developed a truly outstanding boxing glove through years of refinement and by working closely with boxers, fighters and gyms across the UK.

“Our products are made in Asia in cutting-edge facilities, and we’re confident in our ability to provide modern design, advanced protection, functionality and comfort.

“As a family-run business we’re up against ring-proven brands but we believe our innovation and quality craftsmanship will provide a real alternative.

“Once the gloves have been approved by the British Boxing Board of Control, my ambition is to see professional boxers like Anthony Joshua wearing the gloves in the ring one day.”
