A Preston man who appeared in Channel 4’s Hunted is helping a city primary school fund a new minibus driver.

Daniel Murphy works as a special needs teacher at the Acorns Primary School.

The school, in Blackpool Road, Moor Park, is struggling to pay for members of staff to become minibus drivers.

Dan has taken to social media to try and raise the money.

He said: “A lot of my job revolves around giving my children real life experiences to enable them to integrate into society.

“However as a school we can‘t afford to pay for any members of staff to become mini bus drivers.

“Can you help fund just a new driver?”

The fund needs to raise £739 to pay for a minibus driving course.
