Staff at a Preston bowling alley have been left in limbo about their futures.
Turning up to work on Monday (25 February) they found a note pinned to the door of MFA Bowl in Greenbank Street.
The bowling alley, in the Plungington area, appears to have closed as its parent company goes into administration.
A staff member, who contacted Blog Preston, shared a picture of the sign which stated: “The site is now closed for business.
“We would like to thank our customers for all their support and apologise for any inconvenience this closure may cause.”
The staff member, who asked not to be named, said: “We arrived at 10am and found the place closed.
“There’s been no contact to tell us what’s happening or how or when we will be paid.
“I’m owed around £200 in wages.”
