New homes plans for Fulwood to be considered

Plans have been submitted to build 34 new homes off Ladybank Avenue, Fulwood.
AdvertisementDevelopers Anwyl Homes have submitted the proposal to Preston City Council’s planning department for consideration.
The plans include 24 four bedroom houses, four three bedroom houses and six two bedroom homes.
The two and three bedroom bedroom homes will be ‘affordable housing’.
The scheme also includes parking for up to 62 vehicles and will require changes to the entrance to the site for vehicles and pedestrians.
