Christine said: “I am a tutor of English here at UCLan. My husband had restaurants in Greece, on in Halkidiki (Pefkohori beach) and one in Kastoria (northern Greece).

“We moved here this September. Our signature dish is “gyros wrap”, that is the Greek meat in the Greek pita bread -thicker compared to what most know as pita bread – and, of course, our homemade tzatziki dip, always in our gyros pita wraps.

“Tzatziki is a Greek yogurt dip, having cucumber, garlic and dill.”
