A video of Freddie Flintoff saying he “can’t remember having a bad night” in Tokyo Jo’s has surfaced.

In the clip Freddie is asked what his favourite time was at Tokyo Jo’s. He responds: “Monday nights, 10p a pint. Best night of the week. Tuesdays were good. Wednesdays and Thursdays. I can’t remember having a bad night.”

Freddie’s comments come ahead of the Tokyo Jo’s Reunion Night at Evoque on Thursday 18 April.

The night’s organiser, Brian Hudson, spotted the video on Facebook and has since tweeted Freddie to invite him to the reunion.

Brian, who is the current Smiles Better Awards Personality of the Year, has been nominated in the 2019 awards for his work on the reunion.

He said: “Due to the unbelievable demand and passion we’ve decided on ‘last chance’ ticket sales, which means we’ve taken some of the admissions for the door on the night, straight to tickets.

“At this moment, we’re unsure if there’ll be any ‘pay on the night’ as demand has been crazy.”
