An Indian restaurant is to be demolished in Broughton.
Preston City Council have been notified of the demolition work at the Touch of Spice in Garstang Road.
Its owners, Midas Land Limited, were refused planning permission for building a retirement apartment complex and shops on the site.
However, following the closure of Touch of Spice, in what was the Golden Ball pub, they have applied to move on with demolishing the building.
No further plans have been lodged for the site at the Broughton crossroads.
A demolition notice states the work will take place on Thursday 28 February.
