Air ambulance lands in Moor Park

A crash victim was airlifted to hospital after the air ambulance landed in a city park.
The North West Air Ambulance landed in Moor Park during Friday (22 February) morning.
Onlookers gathered as what’s thought to be the victim of a crash was loaded into the ambulance.
A spokeswoman for the air ambulance told Blog Preston: “I can confirm we were called at 11:00 to an incident in Preston and that Helimed 08 attended and lifted to hospital.”

Preston Police and the North West Ambulance Service said at this stage no further details about the incident were able.
