A section of a busy road in Preston is to be closed overnight this weekend.
The roadworks are in place as resurfacing work is completed.
Lancashire County Council are implementing the roadworks from 7pm to 7am on Friday 25 January – Monday 28 January.

The closure will effect part of the road between Nog Tow roundabout and the junction with Lightfoot Lane.
Phill Wilson, Project Manager for the City Deal Infrastructure Delivery Team, said: “This is the final stages of the work to create a new roundabout, as part of the access to the new homes development.
“We apologise in advance for disruption to local residents, business and road users during this work. We are doing everything we can to keep this to a minimum, including carrying out the work overnight at the weekend, when traffic levels are usually much lower.”
Lightfoot Lane has recently seen six months of roadworks whilst a new roundabout has been built to link up hundreds of homes.
Surrounding roads could be effected by traffic as the popular Fulwood road closes temporarily.
