Preston Military Show is returning to Fulwood Barracks

Preston’s popular Military Show will return to Fulwood Barracks this summer.

Visitors will have the chance to enjoy displays of military equipment, activities in the arena and see bands marching on parade.

Last year the show was cancelled but organisers have announced the event will take place on June 8 2019.

An event spokesman said: “This year highlights 100 Years of the Armed Forces, with loads being planned to showcase Military heritage and modern day operational capability.”

Money raised will go towards the Army’s national charity The Soldiers’ Charity.
