One of the city’s most popular entertainment venues is preparing to hold its first ever beer festival.
Preston Beer Festival will be coming to the Guild Hall in autumn 2019.
Beer lovers will be able to enjoy up to 100 real ales, ciders and perries available from microbreweries all around the UK.

All halves of real ale are priced at £1.50 and halves of cider £2.00.
These are payable with tokens and can be purchased once inside the event.
If you’re more of a gin enthusiast, there will also be an indoor gin garden boasting an array of boutique gins, spirits, wine and prosecco.
All drinks in the gin garden are payable with cash.
Run by Real Ale Events, a variety of different sessions will be held over the weekend from Friday 18 October – Saturday 19 October.
Live music and entertainment is also promised throughout the weekend.
