A pop up ice cream stall has launched in one of Preston’s most popular shopping centre’s.
Owners of Friargate‘s Thai Street food bar, A Taste of Thailand, have decided to launch the new venture.
The stall will be serving Thai rolled ice cream and hot mini Dutch pancakes in St George’s Shopping Centre, located outside H&M on the first floor.
The stall will be opening in the next few months, predicted to start trading in March 2019.
Leading up to the launch, the ice cream will be offered in A Taste of Thailand on Friagate.
Owner of A Taste of Thailand, Alicia Hardicker, said: “We are very excited to once again be bringing something completely new to Preston. First we started with our Thai street food restaurant on Friargate which has been a big success and now we will be offering Thai rolled ice cream.
“Forget ice cream as we all know it, we are offering something completely new, fresh and fun for all. The process takes about two minutes, all our customisable flavours are magically turned into delicious creamy ice cream rolls in front of our customers eyes off our ice pans, in a fun environment.”
Flavours will include Eat ‘n’ mess-fresh strawberry and meringue, Cookie Monster-Oreo and Nutella or there is an option to create your own masterpiece.
Creamy rolls will be available from Monday 4 February and the owenrs are currently working on a some vegan options too.
