Police hunt man after Plungington disorder

A man is wanted in connection with a fight after a car crashed into a house in Plungington just before Christmas.

Preston Police have released a picture of Miguel Di Palma.

The 21-year-old is wanted after violent disorder in Plungington Road which led to the arrest of two teenage boys and three men.

A car collided with a vehicle in Plungington shortly after 1am on Sunday 23 December last year – police say weapons were then produced in the disorder that followed.

The car hit the Price Check store just down from the Villiers Street turn.

Di Palma is described as white, around 5’7″, medium build with short light brown hair which is shaved at the sides.

He has links to Avenham, Plungington and Fishwick.

Detective Constable Ian Zanelli said: “We are appealing for any information leading to Di Palma’s whereabouts.

“If you see him, please do not approach him but contact us immediately.”

Arrests in connection with Plungington disorder

A 19 year old man from Preston was arrested on suspicion of attempted section 18 assault and dangerous driving. He has been released under investigation pending further enquiries.

A 16 year old boy from Preston has been arrested on suspicion of affray. He has been released under investigation pending further enquiries.

A 38 year old man from Preston, 27 year old man from Preston and a 17 year boy from Preston were arrested on suspicion of possession of offensive weapons. They have been bailed pending further enquiries.
